anybody help when i send web cam not video call my keyboard locks up. I could understand this when in video call as you use the microphone but not when just sending web cam picture.

Make sure the drivers are installed for your keyboard from the CD that came with it.

And.. how is this a Messenger Plus! issue?

keyboard works fine at all other times i just thought that it may lock when in video call as it is not required but not when cam picture sent only

It should never lock,  not even during video calls.

When you have the webcam on...
Does it only lock in that conversation window or all conversation windows. And does it lock for every app(say if you tried typing in Notepad or something is it still locked?)

havent tried but problem maybe other person using msn not windows live

1) What version of Messenger are you using?

2) What version of Messenger Plus! Live are you using?

3) Are you using any third-party applications that add to Messenger such as, Smiley Central?

4) What model is your keyboard?

Its not. I think I already reported it...but I'll report again.

using windows live version 8

no third party applications and using wireless microsoft mulimedia keyboard 1.0a

are the webcam and the keyboard plugged into usbsockets nxt to eachother? or in a usb-hub?
