Even if the "coalition" forces left Iraq now, it'd still be in chaos. As much as he (Saddam) was an evil son of a female dog, he was good at keeping the region "stable".
Now, instead of people being taken away secretly and done away with, the Iraqi people are killing each other in open warfare. (If you can call going into a café with some explosives strapped to you warfare).
This subject annoys me because I can't figure out a plan how to fix it in my head.
(Even if my knowing a solution wouldn't fix the problem, of course...)
