Yeah, i preferr that one too. the border on it looks really ugly on it.
Also change the ugly thing that happens when you hover the mouse over the buttons.

Yes, that background looks a lot better. The border's ok but would be better if it changed colour with the background, maybe? |

Personnaly, i like the new way of doing the status.
Also, i like the buttons alligned to the left but i agree with the borders and take away the email button, but not the my recieved files one, i like that one.
