If you do implement this, could you also add auto-removal of reps by deleted/pruned members as I've seen (I can't remember where) a rep by "deleted member"

wasn't toddy permabanned for a while?... But then somebody lifted it.... maybe not but that's what I thought it was.
I think it should be that you hide them from being seen/counted against you (if that's possible) without deleting them, just in case the ban is lifted.
