O.P. DLINK 624 problem
I cant access my router to put a WEP on it. When i conenct ti 192.168.0.1 and for the user and pass i try all combinations on google : admin admin
blank admin admin blank blank blank i even tried reseting my rotuer and it still doesnt connect.

(maybe someone hacked into and then changed pass)

Those changes are restored when you reset your router....

oh and also...

steven, if you are using FF...

reset your router, and then select on FF > Tools > Clear Private Data > Select Cookies and Saved Passwords > Clear Private Data Now

and try to log in again...

on IE6..

Tools > Internet Options > Content > Auto Complete > Clear forms & Clear Passwords > OK

and try to log in again...

and remember the  Dlink 624 has as a default "admin" and "blank" << no characters at all.. :rolleyes:

Well I think I reset it. If i reset it, my ip will change fursure correct? I just hit the reset button with a pen at the bottom of the router. I will try turning it off overnight.

Well I think I reset it. If i reset it, my ip will change fursure correct? I just hit the reset button with a pen at the bottom of the router. I will try turning it off overnight.


if you reset your router you will see that the lights of your router will start *flickering* and they will turn off also, that's the way to see if you are reseting it properly... :)

and if you are on a DHCP circuit your IP will change everytime you turn off/on your router/modem

did you read the instructions?
and do you get to the logon dialog?(you do as i understand)
factory reset?
