Maybe fix the titles in Animated Smilies/Downloads/..., they look a bit weird at the moment. Or are you still working on that?
Also, I don't know if I like the green bar at the homepage that way. I think you should make it 100% width, but then I wonder how to fix the navigation panel... What about making the bar a rounded rectangle?
And can you please not be that lazy to only use CSS for your top tabs? It'd look much nicer to have background images there!
