Anyone know where to get an audio driver for Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family? i remember it being a realtek driver when i had it before, can't seem to find it now, but any working applications welcomed :D

Ok i have found what you need but i need to know what OS you are using.     

The "OS Independent" option is for downloads which work with any operating system. You can use that one if you dont know if you pc is x84 or whatever. You look like a guy that will know.

what brand is your laptop? It really depends because there might be some sound drivers for your model in their website. Just gotta tell me which brand your laptop is from and I'll look if they have the sound drivers for your  model.
