A disgruntled employee stole my password on my hotmail account and after we called the authorities the account was returned. The problem is now I do not know what he did but when i try to change the password i click on the link that was sent to me and it just says loading and does not go any further. I have let it run for hours and tried it on several different computers. I do not know if somehow he blocked it from being able to be changed or even accessed. Can anyone help me here.
