     i want to select a skin but i do not know how to do it.؟.!؟.

Select the skin from the preferences window of Plus!, click the apply button and then restart messenger


Skins can be downloaded from -Here-

         

Download the latest version of Windows Live Messenger from here and the skins should then work

Most skins only support version 8.5 and upwards (as is stated on the compatibility aspect on the skins database)
