You can Voldemort, because I have the same ISP and modem and used to have the same connection settings, until I changed to a wireless network with my desktop internet via an Ethernet cable. I tryed using an USB and my wireless and it didn't work. You need two Ethernet cables, one of which comes with the router .

Do what I did, give them a call and tell them that Sky is offering you free wireless, give a bit of a sob story and tell them you'll leave and they'll send you a free wireless router
I have exact same modem too, so no worries there.
