Quite frankly, before this issue, I never had any problem with Bell. I did, however, have loads of problems with Rogers. From poor to poorer hardware, to horrible tech support, and from them selling me dud pay as you go cards (not refundable either) to outright emptying my account of some 40 some dollars 3 months in a row, by "accident", Rogers has been nothing but trouble.

The only problem I have with Rogers is their horrible data plans (which isn't really my problem, since I don't pay the bill)
