my error is the same code but mine says:

Windows Live Call -- Error 1402. Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{0101014E-D958-4d10-82A1-9195E2220B66}\InprocServer32.  System error 5.  Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

i have tried everything out there and just hope to god someone can help me with it... or at least tell me vista is broke and needs a re-install >.>
