Have you tried changing the options in your hotmail? There is a button top right which lets you choose your language.

Yes, but if I close it and reopen it, I have it again italian!
And if I press help, more information even the advertisement at bottom of WLM 2009 it takes me to italian pages... :(
Also my regional settings in my PC are correct!
