True Google is an extreme case. But remember, Plus! has been bought/invested in. This is what makes it possible to create an office in Montreal and hire people in the first place. Who says the investing entity didn't already have an office in Israel before they got involved with Plus!?
Technically Yuna Software isn't a newly found company either, it was founded years ago by Patchou, who else comes up with a company name like that
. What *did* change recently is that Patchou is no longer the only person in control of Yuna and in exchange new people and money is coming in, giving them the chance to expand.
