Just a quick question: does this mean skinners have to make RTL versions of icons too (say if it replaced the mail icon etc), or is it something optional?

At the moment, skinners have no way to specify whether an image should be mirrored or not. I guess they could make RTL versions of their skin's images and add an user option to display them instead of the regular ones, but that's kinda dodgy -_-

Most of the time that's not an issue, I mean Messenger icons are reversed as well so meh, but it becomes one when the images have text in them.

Anyway, we need to investigate this further and decide how we want to implement this.

In fact, we can restrict <ResGroup>s from loading depending on languages, so it wouldn't need to be an actual option. But, still, Messenger Plus! should/could handle that.
