blu ray won

now the xbox 360 has nothing on the ps3

what do you think microsoft will do now that everyone will be buying ps3s to play blu ray, and not xbox 360s?

I think 360 is ok now, it wont affect Ms

You can buy a Blu ray player so you don't need a PS3 to watch Blu ray discs. Thus it wont really affect me.

The xbox 360 is safe, it's not like blueray winning will affect the games etc. I think that the next xbox will be blueray.

IIRC The Ps3 is like the cheapest and best option for people who want a Blu-Ray player in Australia atm. and the good thing about the ps3 is that it does other things that bluray players dont, for example play games

well it does cos new games won't be able to use hd dvd discs

so ur saying bluray players prices dropped dramatically all of a sudden? the cheapest one i could find is like 17 dollars cheaper than the 40gb Ps3

Xbox 360 > PS3, simply because i think the online play is much better on Xbox 360, and also Microsoft can just as easily change to a Blu-Ray External Player if they wanted to But Blu-Ray has definately won this format war

external players cost money, just like all other external stuff on xbox such as the HD DVD player or the hard drive. PS3 has a built in minimum 20gb hard drive and a built in Blue Ray player.
therefore built-in > * and external < everything
