The sole fact that the baby pic was taken in september 2005 and stated "28 weeks" would have been enough...
The baby would have been born around november/december. No father, even Patchou, could withhold that kind of exciting news from the world
(and he also said "we are having a baby". Why saying that if it was already 4 months old by now?).

Other reasons why this is a april fools joke aren't that solid or no proof at all: eg: problems with the voting system or online/offline system might well be possible for new added members inside new membergroups, updates on sites may well lack behind a bit (they always do), it wouldn't be the first time news on Plus! is first posted here and then added to msgplus.net, etc..
