As usual, ipab is right.
If you do not use a splash page atleast put it in french, because most flemmish people know french, and only a few wallons speak flemmish.
Btw i am flemmish myself so i'm not trying to bug the flemmish people here
it's just that i speak all official (belgian) languages.
