2. People are allowed to post translations of Plus! in this "Translation" section. They don't Patchou's approval. (Although a translation will have to be "approved" by Patchou before gaining status as an Official Translation and thereby being included in Plus! itself)
3. How can you say "should be ok"? Did you even open the translation? It's a really poor translation, only a couple of sententes are translated.
