That page was just telling people who don't know, what compliling is. Basicly MP!L 4.1 will be released soon.

basically when you write a program you have to "compile" the code to make it a functional piece of software. so what patchou was in effthat he is presentlmpilthe code so tsost ready. i duses has built the installer too or whether thats the next thing hes gotta do so i cant really even take a guess as to how long is left to go.

well it seems that patchou will release today, it's just wait until he compile and upload to the server...
