Hey, it´s not a bug, just incompatibility with MP! 4.82.
An updated version should be in the DB, I sent an email to Menthix the past saturday but still I don´t get any notice, He must be very busy 
As soon as I get any response I will update the first post, for now please use This one

I've recently installed this skin and after several bugs and learning how to fix them have encountered this one with the tabbed chat being #1BLACK for one contact and #2LIGHT BLUE for everyone else.

In case i missed reading that somewhere in this thread, do you plan to fix this?

Also when chatting with yahoo users there is a blue bar at top that says (block)
And the flashing buttons on the tabbed chats are flashing blue as well, only one of them is dark grey.
Be awesome if you could fix that with next update!

Well, about the flashing buttons. Because of the actual skinning system, for now it´s not possible to set a different color for them, but yeah it could be awesome because that doesn´t fit the theme really, anyway these details rely on MP! team
