because you're accepting to show yourself, not accepting to allow others to tape you..  if I'm not allowed to grab random files from their computer, why send me files over msn in the first place

well i think if you use it there should be a warning like 'your contact may record this session' so you're contact is aware you MAY be

there was the msn recorder thing but it was very dodgy go search google for it i think it was on msn fanatic ???

Couldn't a Plugin like this crash Messenger? Webcams makes alot of Computers lag anyway. This would just add to the problems, right?

If you want to capture webcam images... I'm almost sure Messenger Discovery X does it.... So get that.

well if you had a slow computer it would probably slow it down, but most modern pcs would be more than capable of handling webcam recording.

afaik, it only captures a single picture when you press a button, it doesn't take a video.
