This basically means that Microsoft man-in-charge for sound in WMP used a cracked version of SoundForge (a professional sound edition software) as we can see in the waterprint of the wav files.

Can't stop laughing at those guys... they are getting dodgier every day. Doesn't MS don't have enough money to BUY professional tools? :dodgy:

it means major baddage for microsoft. thye'll probably be forced to update WMP and remove the offending code.

I did a look into Deepz0ne and his software cracking group, a lot has been covered over but from what I got they go around cracking software for others to use (like you'd expect) but they are one of the big players...
But why would M$ use warez? They could easily get the company to let them use their software with good ol' cash...or find an alternative. However the evidence is there...and is obviously not part of the audio file! :refuck:
