O.P.  Firefox won't run more than 1 instance
Firefox stopped letting me open new windows/pop-ups earlier (it's not the pop-up blocker doing this -_-). Would anyone have an idea why? I'm scanning for ad/spyware now.

I tried closing and re-opening, restarting ,restalling then restarting, etc.

try a new Profile if that helps export/import ur bookmarks to new profile

Edit: Where do I create a new profile, I haven't done it before
