Yay Canada! I'm surprised USA didn't do so well...but then again, maybe I shouldn't be. I don't feel like checking my hometown, but I'm assuming only fairly major places are included.

America ranks low, cause well it may be the richest country, but it is also a sad story of inequality gone wild.
