is there a Vista driver from the manufacturers website of the network card? microsoft mainly supply generic drivers

nope, its an inegrated card, in my motherboard, so its says 3com on my driver manager, but i can't find any drivers on 3com, and ASUS doesn't have any vista drivers for it

When installing the windows, it will search for any updates first, and download them (if found). Thereafter it will automatically install it.

since you have search on 3com and asus web for the network card's driver. how about try changing it? perhaps your card is out of date or something like that? |

well it its an intigrated one, so i can't take it out, and i've already gone out and bought 2 new ones, neather worked, if i had the name of a card that definatly worked, i could probualy order it

i woulda thought for a company like 3com an or Asus woulda had Beta drivers out

look in the Windows Vista Hardware Compatible Lists
