im plannin to install it on my 40 gig that i have laying around without a dvd rom, im pretty sure i can do it but have been having troubles so far

It's just a torrent of the MS download, I have verified the MD5 provided on there website.

The file is currently the most downloaded thing on the internet. It is a huge file as well. You may have to wait a couple of days to a week until you can download Vista because demand should be down by then.
