NeuralTransmitter, in case what you are doing is replacing PNG 597 with a smaller/resized one, note that it used elsewhere in Messenger. If not well, you're smarter than me

Ok...THIS is what I've been waiting for. So should I wait for this patch instead of using the reshack msgsres.dll trick?

Sorry NeuralTransmitter, I don't mean to rain on your parade, but I've already figured this out. It seems PNG 597 isn't used elsewhere in Messenger (at least nowhere noticeable) and resizing it solves the problem... so I'll be including this feature in the next Mess Patch.

Edit: UserTileView does the trick

i have try to replace the PNG 597 with no luck....

i hit replace then put:

PNG

597

and language i leave it empty....

anything wrong?

Actually you should put 4000 instead of PNG.

yes!!!!!! thanks rolando, BTW how about including in messpatch an option to move contacts DP to the right side, i think it looks less clutter that way, thanks again for the tip
