Any chance this will ever work in the Vista Operating System?

im using 4.20.0.262 plus and msn 8.1.0.178, did the regsvr32, still doesn't work, convo crushes .. any other idea how can i know who opened a chat window with me?

The script works, but it will not be reliable- ever. Microsoft fixed this. See CookieRevised's link above

I can't use any Open Convo Notifier. I tried Open Notifier 0.5 BETA and also the Live Notifier.
They do nothing, I gon't get a toast, when someone opened a convo with me.

When I had the old Router (Speedtouch 850i) and Windows Live messenger 8.0 Open Notifier 0.5 Beta worked fine.

But now I have Windows Live Messenger 8.1.0178,
Messenger Plus! Live 4.23.0.276 and StuffPlug.
I have also a new Router calls Speedtouch 585i v6 and I use a Windows Live Messenger Theme.

What can I do, that it works?
Sometimes, but realy sometimes it works, but I want, that it works always.

Since they aren't reliable any more I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work for you.

Is there another open Notifier, taht really works?

i'm using a connection through a modem.but it's not working .i don't know why.so if u can help me figure out the problem.

It is not accurate, it can be triggered by lots of things so I wouldn't worry much about it...
