O.P. Movie clips

Are you able to create and add moving clips such as :^)

is so what file format and can photoshop 7do it or will i need a different program

Msn messenger, not like movie clips but like "lol" like glowing and changing colour.

And yes, you'll need a graphics editing program like Photoshop.

I do have photoshop, but i have created a animation clip using image ready but it only saves as a ".psd" file format

There should be an option to Export, and one of the export options will be GIF. I would tell you where to find the option, but I've never used Photoshop myself.

In ImageReady (comes with photoshop), after you animate it select Save Optimized As.

It only saves 1 frame and in a file format .html
