Finally a decent Portuguese translation for Messenger Plus!

I have never used it before because the Portuguese translation was pretty bad and I refused to have my WLM working with that Portuguese (Portugal) translation. Not to mention that the PT version was all wrong.

I did think about doing a translation myself but when I saw the size of the scripts, I just couldn't be bothered. Too much work for free...

Anyway, thank you BR guys for the awesome work and you should teach the PT people about some grammar and spelling (if you know what I mean).
