i have a problem with  icon changing, because i can't change a sharing folder icon in the contact list window and the conversation window.
I use a WLM9, and maybe the 2 icon ID is this:
Contact List Window: Id="978"
Conversation Window: Id="1444"

I write a link in the S.I.xml:

<Replace>
   <Graphics>
       <Pictures>
   <Picture Id="978"><File>images/978.png</File></Picture>
   <Picture Id="1444"><File>images/1444.png</File></Picture>
       </Pictures>
   </Graphics>
</Replace>

What is the problem with this?

You have to edit the styles for the Sharing Folders icon.
<New>
<Picture Id="59001"><File>The Icon You wanna use</File></Picture>
</New>

Open up 920 (convframe)\920 Style.txt

[b]ButtonIcon[ID=Atom(ai158)] <<<< Find this line
{
content:rcimg(59001);Change to correct string (mine is 59001)
    padding:rect(0,0,0,0);
}

And don't forget to load that styles file inside the SkinInfo.xml

As for the conversation window button. No idea

Well obviously replace it with the correct "New" string # you made .
