Its annoying cos my school blocks any exes that are run from anywhere outside the original directory, and since i cannot access the C:/ drive and only my own drive, i cannot run any programs. Also my school uses the rm management console if that helps

Not that I know of. The pendrive linux is simple to use, and lets face it, you dont need to be a computer wiz-kid to use it. And if you're only going to use it when you're at school then it will only be for internet, word documenting etc.
Just google it, you will find plenty of tutorials to help you :)

I think I found you a solution, google ultra surf mentioned in the other thread by napree, the extract it at home & rename it to u.com , com being the new extention obiously, now it is a com file not an exe :p

How?

Using IE don't connect to the internet via the network just directly connect. It still going via the internet but skips the firewalls.
