The filename should be
Lng_Portuguese(Brazil).ini. Thus in English, without any special characters.
-
[FileInfo]LanguageNameEng should be the English equivalent of the language name, thus:
Portuguese (Brazil) or
Brazilian Portuguese. The use of this value is for when people accidently selected a language they don't understand.
-
[FileInfo]LanguageNameLocal should include a reference to Brazil since 'Portuguese' already exists. Thus must be:
Português (Brasil) or
Português do Brasil.
Please don't change the use of both the above values... What people should see in the translation list is:
Português (Brasil) (Portuguese (Brazil))
or
Português do Brasil (Brazilian Portuguese)
I suggest the second.
-
[FileInfo]LanguageId should be
pt-br.

[Window.SetupWizard]ScriptLocalSupported is translated wrong. It must be translated with your local language (Brazilian Portuguese) in mind instead of "English". Thus it must be
(disponível em português).
This was already reported a long while ago here in one of the many other Brazilian translation threads (why there is now yet another thread beats me. This is what you get when you make new threads when it is not needed, crossed posting, forgotten things, needing to repeat stuff, etc.).

[Window.ContestInfo]LblText1 is too long. The last word of the last sentence " pads." is too much. Since you can't check these yourself (yet), I suggest to shorten "
material de merchandising oficial do Messenger Plus!" to simply "
material de merchandising oficial" as is already clear that it is Plus! merchandising. This will make the whole sentence visible.
PS: nice to so that you and Heyder finally agree to work together instead of making two versions.
