In MSN 6  i cant make moving smillies does anyone now how to do that?

and to answer your question:
It is not possible, although you can change the currently animated ones, to those of your choice. But no one will see them, unless they have the same msgslang.dll as you.

wow only a little while till we can use plus wid msn 6 and we even got a wicked tune to listen to
