RE: Windows Vista Build 5365 Released
Reason that my transparency doensn't work is simply, i'm f*cked :P

In order to make transparency work you need LDDM/VDDM/WDDM drivers (they are all the same but they change the name constantly). Ati released those drivers, Nvidea released those drivers. Intel didn't. I have GMA 915 (for crying out loud) i didn't knew about that graphicscard before, but GMA is two times nothing. I payed the same price for my laptop then for one of another brand which had about the same specs and had an ATI card (which is ofcourse much better) and I get GMA :/ damn i've should of known better. But anyways, it can handle vista and transparency if only Intel would release those drivers, but they don't. First they give us graphics who are on the edge being a disaster, and then we don't even get a simple driver... My next laptop is an AMD with ATI graphics for sure...

At WinHEC, Microsoft CEO said Vista Vista Maybe Delayed by a Few Weeks depending on the feedback received on Vista Beta 2. "We think we are on track for shipping early in [2007]," the Microsoft CEO said. "We've talked about the month, but we get a chance to critically assess all of the feedback we'll get from this beta release then confirm or move [the launch date] a few weeks. We put the beta out today... So we should start getting feedback right away." Other than that, Bill Gates said Microsoft will focus its products on 64bit, starting later this year.
